A highly respected top tier investment bank has a permanent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Verifying Clerk to join their Accounts Payable department. As a part of the team you will be responsible for the processing of all supplier invoices and employee expense claims also managing various balance sheet reconciliation’s and control reports. Your role will specifically involve monitoring daily processing to ensure departments adjustments are met, preparing daily, weekly and monthly control reports, liaising with internal and external customers and primarily supporting the processing manager. Ideally you will be keyboard proficient (RSA typing skills) with solid A level qualifications and will possess PeopleSoft package knowledge and strong Word and Excel skills. You must be highly organized and be able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. You will have atleast 3 years experience within Accounts Payable to be successful.MSB Finance (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
